Wendy Weiss is the founder of Salesology® and the creator of the Salesology® Prospecting Method that generates predictable sales revenue. She is an author, speaker, sales trainer and sales coach and is recognized as a leading authority on lead generation, new business development and sales.

Clients include Avon Products, ADP, New York Life and thousands of entrepreneurs throughout the world. Wendy has been featured in the New York Times, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur Magazine, Selling Power, Inc, Forbes and various other business and sales publications.

She is the author of The Sales Winner’s Handbook Essential Strategies to Skyrocket Sales Performance and Cold Calling for Women Opening Doors & Closing Sales.

A former ballet dancer, Wendy believes everything she knows in life and business she learned in ballet class. From warmups to rehearsals, she shows her clients how to perform at their best and close all the sales they need.

As Director Of Operations, Kim Storz oversees customer accounts, customer service, billing and technical support. Kim also project manages all marketing and sales campaigns, social media and production and delivery of all coaching programs.
Kim has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and began working with Wendy in 2010. Prior to starting with Wendy, Kim had been a Social Worker for the State of Missouri and spent many years as the Director of Education for multiple Early Childhood Development Programs.
Kim lives in Southern Florida and as mother of 3 daughters, she enjoys spending time with her family in the pool, at the beach or at Disney.

As Social Media Coordinator, Lala Penafiel, is responsible for creating social media and images as well as managing social media account platforms. Lala also serves as an administrative assistant providing support with research, updating marketing campaigns and membership programs.

Lala loves being a wife and mother. She enjoys animals, nature, the environment, traveling, trying new vegetarian/vegan foods, health and wellness, Lala enjoys living a minimalist and zero-waste lifestyle. Her goal is to improve the world and leave a good legacy for her daughter and future generations.

As Director of JV Partnerships, Anne-Marie Pasquino is responsible for building long-term and productive relationships with partners. Anne-Marie is a bilingual entrepreneur and business professional with over 20 years experience, with an extensive background in the field of Sponsorships/Partnerships, Events, Brand Management, Marketing Communications and Customer Engagement and Relationship Management.

Her passion and focus is on strategic development, planning and activation of business programs and services.

Splitting her time between the east and west coasts, Anne-Marie loves travelling and is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys recommending a city’s best restaurants.
